Repair Battalion Headquarters Building 12011

Set Aside for HUBZone. Construction contract to repair the Battalion Headquarters Building 12011, Fort Hood, Texas. This includes but is not limited to the remediation of all hazmat, movement of walls, reconfiguration of latrines to meet code requirements, installation of new finishes following abatement, replacement of windows and all glazing wall systems, and the reconfiguration of all infrastructure systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mass notification, and communications). The purpose of this project is to repair the Battalion Headquarters, Building 12011 which includes, but is not limited to the remediation of all hazmat, movement of walls, reconfiguration of latrines to meet code requirements, installation of new finishes following abatement, replacement of windows and all glazing wall systems, and the reconfiguration of all infrastructure systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mass notification, and communications). Also included is miscellaneous site work to support the facility and meet code requirements. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood Military Installation, at Fort Hood, TX.
