Single-Family Home New Construction

Qualified Vendors List to provide single-family residential new construction services. As each project is identified and City staff elects to have work performed, a Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) will be issued by the City Department, specifying all relevant information. Contractors would need to provide single-family residential plans that meet a particular square footage requirement and a particular # of beds/# of Bath minimum requirement as per City guidelines. Contractors would need to allow for minor modifications to the design if required for individual site conditions. Contractors would be responsible for providing signed and sealed permit drawings to the City that meet all applicable building and zoning codes. They would need to provide turnkey residential construction for the building and site.
