2022 Pressbox, Courtyard, and Batting Cage Project

2022 Pressbox, Courtyard, and Batting Cage Project - Janesville Pre-K-12 School, 505 Barrick Road, Ja-nesville, Iowa. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Pressbox: Demo of existing pressbox. Wood Framed Construction of new pressbox. This will uti-lize Metal siding and roofing. The Courtyard: Project will require underground piping and drainage, grading and installation of new concrete, concrete stairs, steel handrails, masonry work, dampproofing, aluminum windows, steel lintels, rubber mats and miscellaneous other disciplines. Batting Cages will require the demolition of existing cages and removal. Additionally, the project will provide and install new batting cages including concrete foundations and carpeting as re-quired. All projects will require excavation, grading, and seeding of all disturbed areas. Please reference "Construction Timeframe" on Bid Form 004000 in regard to scheduling requirements.
