East 13th Street Building - Interior-Exterior Improvements

Cleveland State University (CSU) holds the master lease for 1901 East 13th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 and currently occupies part of the 1st and 2nd floor as well as the entire 5th floor. The Department of Art & Design and the Department of Theatre and Dance occupy these floors. CSU has recently renewed a long-term tenant sub-lease for the entire 4th floor and is in the process of acquiring tenant/s for the 3rd floor. As part of the pending lease/s and lease renewal CSU is undertaking a number of interior and exterior building improvements. The improvements will include: Main entry,1st floor lobby and 3rd floor elevator lobby improvements. Lighting finishes and signage. Exterior signage and entry canopy off E. 13th street. 1st floor garage repairs. Lighting and security upgrades. Elevator cab and elevator systems upgrades. Facade maintenance and repair to comply with the City of Cleveland facade ordinance.
