Services are requested to provide construction on Hillcrest Boulevard at Queen Street in the City of Inglewood. The following infrastructure improvements includes bulb-outs, pedestrian refuge islands, signing and striping, sidewalk improvements and installation of Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon Installation.
