| Description | Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, incidentals, software, hardware, programming, supervision, and transportation for work necessary to supply and properly install a fully functional security system and provide 24/7 monitoring services. The new security alarm system and components shall be UL listed. The contractor will be required to provide all materials, devices, workmanship, and programming to complete the job to the Bureau of Indian Affairs COR satisfaction. This includes, but not limited to; control panel/communicator, Fixed English display keypads, power supplies, modules, battery backup, door contacts, surge protection, PIR motion detectors, ethernet drops, wiring [electrical and, devices, alarm/siren, and all related appropriate field devices. The contractor will provide all necessary test equipment and labor to perform required inspection, testing, maintenance, and repairs. |
