Parking Deck Structural Repairs and Sealcoating at 1200 East Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219. The project is generally described as repairs to an existing parking deck. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to: removal and repair of delaminated, cracked or damaged concrete; removal and replacement of sealant; epoxy injection of cracked precast concrete double tee flanges; installation of a Vehicular Traffic Membrane System where indicated on the drawings; providing steel reinforcement below damaged concrete double tee flanges, where indicated on drawings; provide stitch connections at failed flange-to-flange double tee joints; replacement of failed expansion joint; rout and sealing cracks in concrete slab-ongrade; adding a supplemental floor drain; replacement of rubber flashing, where indicated; cleaning and coating rusted miscellaneous steel members; replacement of damaged wheelstops; replacement of leaking drain pipe; provide and install new stainless steel box gutter; provide elastomeric coating at columns, where indicated; repair of concrete at steel rail post; restripe deck where vehicular Traffic membrane is to be applied; repair of delaminated, cracked or damaged concrete at precast spandrel wall panels; and other Work.
