Construction Manager at Risk Services for TCC Center for Innovation (CFI) 2nd Floor Renovations

Demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, and finishes throughout the second floor of the CFI building. Electrical systems will be demolished back to the panelboards. Construction totaling approximately 10,900 square feet will include new offices, office support, an ADA restroom, and IT/AV infrastructure. Modifications to existing mechanical and fire protection systems will be isolated to those areas impacted by new office configuration. The building will remain occupied during construction. An existing service elevator will be utilized for access.
