Task Order Architectural and Engineering Services

The Department of Natural Resources Engineering and Construction Division provides an array of services related to design and construction management on capital outlay projects for DNR. The division’s management of projects involves a wide variety of functions on behalf of the agency’s six (6) Divisions. The scope of the services being provided by DNR Engineering and Construction may vary from one project to the next and often includes the procurement of architectural and engineering services. Given the responsibilities the organization has been tasked with, DNR believes there are occasions where it would be best served by having one or more architectural firms under a Task Order Contract or similar arrangement to provide design related services on an ongoing,as needed,basis. Therefore, DNR is seeking the services of an Architectural/Engineering firm or firms,(“Firm”), on an as needed basis, to provide design professional services for various projects, throughout the entire state of Georgia. While it is envisioned the miscellaneous task order design services will primarily be utilized on smaller projects, the level of services required will vary in size and scope depending upon the needs of DNR.
