Parks and Facilities Capital Improvement Plan

The proposed scope of services for this project would include the following: • Gather facility data, including square footages, plumbing, heating and cooling system information, historic floor plans, electrical plans, and maintenance records. • Develop comprehensive list of all existing systems status, including building condition (floors, equipment, systems, roof, etc.). • Collect available GIS data from City staff, verify all park furniture condition, develop comprehensive list/summary of each park's structures and park furniture's existing condition. • Create GIS data to support the Capital Improvement Plan. • Present preliminary findings to staff and steering committee using Culture of Engagement process. • Conduct needs assessment, based on stakeholder input and best practices for facilities maintenance. Include executive summary, summary of existing conditions and summary of needs for each Identified facility. Include prioritization methodology, and identify long term replacement and routine maintenance needs. • Preparation of annual maintenance report/routine for each facility • Preparation of comprehensive 10-year CIP for facilities improvements
