C--CO, AZ and NM A/E Professional Services IDIQ

The A/E services to be provided will be for a broad range of facilities, assets, and projects located in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico only. Firm(s) must be capable of managing large and small projects concurrently in different geographical areas. Services shall be provided by, or under the direct supervision of, licensed professionals (engineers, architects, surveyors, etc.). All work and deliverables shall be stamped and sealed by registered professionals registered in the state where the project site is located. The professional services that may be provided under this contract are primarily of a civil engineering nature, and may require auxiliary services of an architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, or electrical engineer. Bureau specific assessment protocols will be used for the work along with other recognized federal or state agency regulatory guidelines. The Contractor shall provide engineering professional services in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Required services typically consist of, but are not limited to, design of improvements or remediation of: asphalt, gravel and natural surface roads, campground sites that include water distribution systems and RV power hookups, trailheads, boat ramps, office buildings, historic buildings, wildland fire stations, fire crew quarters, maintenance buildings, utility buildings, site and facility parking, gravel and concrete walks, earthen dams, bridges, channel outlet structures, and river enhancements.
