Description

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, pre-design services to develop functional and spatial programs, concept design, project timeline, and cost estimate. The Department has compiled data related to the function and area of spaces. The completion of this phase of work is required prior to June 2020. The proposed facility is anticipated to be approximately 30,000 square feet, with approximately 5,000 square feet of heated warehouse space. The facility shall utilize state of the art renewable energy technologies, energy conservation strategies, and design elements appropriate to the Department. Qualifications of the selected firm for both phases shall include familiarity and expertise with similar facilities, and proven experience with programming, schedule and cost estimating, design, and construction administration.
