Building Renovation to House Courtroom and Criminal Justice Program

1.Demolish approximately 221 linear feet X 8’ high of wall as marked on plan. 2.Build approximately 10 linear feet X 8’ high of wall marked as on plan. 3.Renew and replace ceiling tile and grid as needed. 4.Tape float and texture approximately 220 square feet of new walls similar to the existing. 5.Paint approximately 9240 square feet of wall on areas specified. Use Sherwin Williams ProMar interior 400 semigloss 6.Remove and replace interior doors as follows: a. 5 – 3070 panel light laminate door b. 5 – 3070 laminate solid core door c. 2 – 6070 double laminate solid core door d. 1 – 6070 double metal door to replace existing e. 1 – 6070 double storefront aluminum door to replace existing 7. Remove and replace flooring as specified on plan. 8.Install approximately 543 sq. ft. of VCT; must be high traffic commercial grade. 9.Install approximately 91 sq. ft. of ceramic tile; must be high traffic commercial grade. 10.Install approximately 4817sq. ft. of carpet tile; must be high traffic commercial grade. 11.Remove and replace approximately 406 sq. ft. of wall ceramic tile; must be commercial grade. 12.Install glass partition with sliding door approximately 22 linear feet X 8’ high. 13.Add windows as specified on plans. Sizes as follows: a.6 – 3050 commercial grade fixed widows b.3 – 6050 commercial grade fixed windows
