It is the intent of Wise County to have a successful firm involved for the full duration of the program including design development, contract documents, bidding, negotiations, contract preparation, and throughout the construction and warranty period. Specific work items will include: Pre-construction services including: 1. Schematic, 60% and 90% estimates 2. Review of plans and specification for constructability 3. Overall assistance with plan review.
