Reconfigure Outpatient Rehab Medicine, Project # 674-21-101, 04.0101, EA04.0101 Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW located at bldg. 163, Olin E. Teague Veterans VMC, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive Temple, Texas 76504. This project will renovate a single floor (fourth floor) of the hospital bed tower in a effort to provide private patient bedrooms for our patients and their visiting family members. Since this is a 24-hour healthcare facility, some elements of the work shall require after-hour and weekend work. The work will need to be phased and completed one wing at a time. The project is multi-phased and the new space for Outpatient Pharmacy must be fully operation and occupied before work may commence on the new space for PM&RS. This is a "Competitive" requirement Set Aside 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on January 6, 2023, at 10:30am CST.
