City of Apalachicola Elevated Tank Coating

The Apalachicola City Commission is requesting proposals to provide labor and material for the coating of the elevated tank for the City of Apalachicola. All submittals shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Competitive Consultant Negotiations Act. By submitting a letter of response, the bidder certifies that no principle is presently suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation on this transaction by any Federal Department or Agency. In order to ensure a fair, competitive and open process, once a project has been advertised for Letters of Qualifications, all communications between the interested bidders and the City must be directed to Mark Gerspacher, mgerspacher@cityofapalachicola.com.
