Description

Providing architectural/engineering planning and design services for the College-Wide 5-year master plan. The Master Planning Process shall consider the mission, goals and objectives of College, direction from College leadership, current academic planning, incorporate College-wide building survey and site plan information for all seven Campus and center locations, incorporate recent CIP documents, incorporate projects currently in planning and/or construction, help program and develop future proposed projects in accordance with the needs of the College and State guidelines. The College will employ, under single contract, a firm to provide services to accomplish this project in accordance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) FS 287.055. The College intent is to evaluate submissions and recommend a single award as deemed in the best interest of the college. Joint venture(s) licensed to practice architecture should apply and participation by minority/women owned and controlled business is encouraged.
