Description

The purpose of this project is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the McKesson Warehouse interior space for the School District of Palm Beach County. First Floor multiple office spaces at 4105 SF and Second floor at 2965 SF. The scopes include but are not limited to: selective interior demolition, door removal and replacement, installation of interior finishes, HVAC and Electrical upgrades which includes low voltage connections for workstations. In addition to, Fire Protection modifications.
