Klondike Road at Cedarbrook Estates Pond

The purpose of this project is to restore the capacity of a dry pond located on the north side of the 7721 Klondike Road. This will be done by installing an underdrain and associated outfall. The contractor is to provide all materials, labor, equipment, grass, etc as outlined in the plans. All work shall be warranted for a two-year period. All work that is not addressed with a specific specification shall adhere to the Escambia County Technical Specifications. All permits and performance and payment bonds required by this contractor shall be considered as incidental to the completion of this project. Tasks include: • Installation of 150’ of trench wrapped underdrain at the county owned pond located north of 7721 Klondike Road • Regrading of south slope to match existing grade and elevation around pond. • Replacement of a 12’ x 16’ plastic shed for the resident located at 4400 Cedarbrook Drive. (Resident is willing to work with the contractor to upgrade shed if willing) • Installation of 420 LF of 12” HP pipe • Jack and Bore of 18” steel casing underneath Cedarbrook Drive for the installation of 12” inch HP pipe • Installation of a concrete Mitered End Section (MES) to outfall to the nearby creek south of the pond.
