Herbert University Center Kitchen Addition

The scope of services includes conducting a validation of an existing program followed by the design of an addition to include the new kitchen, servery area, storage, walk-in coolers and freezers plus offices. The project scope includes relocating the kitchen to allow for this expansion and a more efficient work flow. The existing kitchen will be converted into table and chair storage for the banquet hall. The new kitchen location and associated spaces is approximately 6,620 square feet and is to be located on the south west corner of the building.
