Description

The scope of services includes conducting a validation of an existing program followed by the design of an addition to include the new kitchen, servery area, storage, walk-in coolers and freezers plus offices. The project scope includes relocating the kitchen to allow for this expansion and a more efficient work flow. The existing kitchen will be converted into table and chair storage for the banquet hall.
