Student Union Game Room Renovations

University of North Florida is Florida is seeking bids from the UNF pre-qualified general contractors for a turnkey solution for Phase 1 of the Student Involvement Center and Game Room project. Phase 1 is interior renovation work, only on the 1st Floor of the Student Union Building 58 East. This phase provides modifications to the existing game room and will create an area for the relocation of the UNF Lend-A-Wing Pantry program. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, new doors, flooring, interior partitions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Only Phase 1 will be addressed in this bid.
