Plantwide Security Systems Upgrade - City of San Jose

Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Jose, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project. This project will upgrade three critical security components at the Plant: 1. Construct a new main guard shack with monitoring, lighting, traffic circulation, and pavement improvements; 2. Install closed-circuit television cameras throughout the Plant and upgrade software, hardware, and equipment in the main server room; and 3. Install access card readers throughout the Plant and install new proximity card badging stations. Project is included in the City Of San Jose's FY 2023-2027 Budget CIP. As of June 23, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in FY 2022 and from FY 2024 to FY 2026.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
