Job Order Contract 2021 - General Construction

The work consists generally of the following: Up to three (3) Job Order Contracts will be awarded. Each of the three (3) Job Order Contracts (JOC) Joc-22, JOC-23, and JOC-24 under this solicitation is an indefinite quantity, one (1) year contract pursuant to which the Contractor will perform a variety of projects, consisting of specific construction tasks, at different locations throughout Placer County. The scope of each JOC Contract is for general construction, repair, remodel, and other repetitive related work to be performed for the Placer County Department of Facilities Management. This is a rebid of Bid No. 20198.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 04 -	Masonry, Unit Masonry.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 27 -	Communications.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements.
