| Description | Project Duration: 730 Calendar Days All work must be completed within two years from the notice to proceed. Milestones: 1. Contractor shall modernize one elevator at a time. The jail elevator must be completed within 1 year (365 Calendar Days) of the notice to proceed. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the complete modernization of the existing five (5) electric traction elevators located at 1225 Fallon Street in Oakland, including four (4) passenger elevators and one (1) jail elevator. Destination dispatch controls are required the modernization packages for all Passenger Elevators. |
