Altoona Heritage Homes Storm Water Improvements - Phase 3

The work includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction of 15” diameter storm sewers by trenched construction and 8” diameter footing drain collector sewers by trenchless construction. The location of improvements is primarily along 15th Street SE from 3rd Avenue SE to 6th Avenue SE, along 5th Avenue SE from 15th Street SE to 13th Street SE, and along 6th Avenue SE from 15th Street SE to 13th Street SE. Work includes approximately 400 LF of 15” storm sewer, approximately 1,900 LF of 8” footing drain collector, and approximately 1,200 LF of 2” footing drain service stubs, and related work including manholes, intakes, connections; pavement, driveway, and sidewalk removal and replacement; erosion control, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work.
