No Bid will be considered without the Bid Bond. Each Bid Bond will be held until an award is made. If the successful offeror fails to execute the contract, the amount of the Bid Bond shall be forfeited. Contractor shall furnish the bond in the amount of one one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price to guarantee payment of all claims for labor and materials furnished. For all contracts over $25,000, a payment bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100) of the contract price shall be required consistent with California Civil Code section 9550 et seq.
