| Description | A. Place of performance: National Weather Service Forecast Office, 192 Shafer Road, Moon Township, PA 15108. B. All work performed under this purchase order shall meet the quality and performance standards of the PWS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and training necessary to provide plowing and/or removal of snow, sanding, salting, and calcium chloride services. C. The office operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides critical public safety services. Therefore, snow plowing and salt/sanding shall be sufficient to provide continuous access to the offices. |
