City of Jacksonville Fire Station No. 4

This project calls for the New Construction with site work of a !3,118 SF fire/police station. Will include three drive through bays, bunk rooms, kitchen, office spaces, accesory rooms, and day room. Project is located on a private property on the corner of Gateway Dr. and Marketplace Dr. in Jacksonville NC. Bidder shall provide proof of eligability to bid as listed in article 5 and provide quotes on all Alternates as listed in the bid docs articles 10&23. Bidders must be properly licensed under article 87 general statutes of NC and bidders attention is called to the equal opportunity employment clause as shown in the contract documents. The new station will be approximately 13,118 square feet and will include three drive-through bays, bunk rooms, day room, kitchen, office spaces and accessory rooms for servicing the fire station.
