Installation of a 1,900-gallon concrete pump tank and controls (Liberty FL70 Series 3/4 HP submersible effluent pump or equal, for main house. D.1.7. Installation of a 1250-gallon 2-compartment septic tank with pump and controls (Orenco PF5005 1/2 HP submersible effluent pump or equal), for ADU. D.1.8. Installation of a valve box and 1.5" PVC SCH 40 manifold. D.1.9. Installation of approximately 240 linear feet of sand-lined trench drainfield with 1" PVC SCH 40 lateral pipes. D.1.10.
