Orange County Great Oaks Village Cottage Restroom and Kitchen Renovations

This project is a level-1 alteration to five (5) existing residential buildings within the Orange County Great Oaks Youth and Family Services Complex. There are two (2) different building types with different floor plan layouts. Both types of cottages will receive new interior finishes to the kitchens such as: new millwork, solid surface counter tops, sink and faucet, some new appliances, flooring, painting and new LED light fixtures. The existing restrooms will also receive new floor and wall tile, new toilets, shower plumbing fixtures, millwork with solid surface counter tops with integrated sinks and new faucets, new mirrors, toilet accessories, paint and new LED lighting.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
