Construct (8) Eight New Affordable Homes for the City of Orlando on the properties located at Parramore Ave, Orlando, FL. There are three approved elevations designed for this project namely The Magic (Three Houses; 2,349 SF/Each), The Lions (Three Houses; 1,876 SF/Each), and The Pride (Two Houses; 1,876 SF/Each). Each house is designed as two story with masonry wall, wood truss/framing structure and combination of stucco, cementitious siding, ceramic tile or stone veneer exterior finishes per the type of elevation.Scope: Scope of work includes new construction of eight homes. Including but not limited to: site preparation, termite treatment, temporary fencing, final cleaning, surveying, landscaping, irrigation, site grading, fencing, wood trusses, wood framing, concrete, masonry, stucco, millwork/cabinetry, granite countertops, windows/glazing, door frames and hardware, roofing, water proofing, drywall, interior and exterior painting, flooring, wall tiles, specialties, plumbing, and mechanical (HVAC), electrical, security cameras, and signage.
