Description

Mixed Use. Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Scottsdale, Arizona. Design plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 1,864-unit multi-residential development; four-story above grade, 2,400-space parking garage; and 156,000-square-foot retail development. Plans include the demolition of an existing apartment complex. The redevelopment will be constructed in phases and be comprised of five, four-story buildings on 41.5 acres at North Hayden Road and East Camelback Road. Phase 1 will include 26.53 of the total 41.5 acres in four residential buildings with approximately 1,214 residential units and 41,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Phase 2 will likely be 10 or more years in the future and may include up to 650 dwelling units in combination with up to 115,000 square feet of non-residential floor area. As of June 14, 2022, the project is in design and in the municipal approval process. The project has received zoning approval and is currently in development review with the city of Scottsdale. Information regarding a construction schedule has not been established.
