Description

The project involves the design and construction of a new 25,000 sq. ft. headquarters fire station to replace the current Fire Station #1. Proposals will only be considered from qualified firms demonstrating expertise in design of fire stations and other public safety facilities. The city requires a qualified firm to provide all necessary architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural designs, specifications and drawings required for permitting, bidding, and construction of the subject fire station.
