Bell Auditorium Expansion & Renovations

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the proper design and installation of an irrigation system to service the landscaped areas designated to have permanent irrigation of the Bell Auditorium project. The system is to be designed by a Professional Irrigation Consultant and installed by a qualified Irrigation Contractor. The design criteria of the system will be directed by the client and the Owner. The General Contractor shall submit to the Owners Representative a complete set of Construction Documents along with a Schedule of Values itemizing the major components of the system, along with the labor required to install said materials.
