Senate Committee Room

Bid Package #1 includes demolition and salvage of existing materials and finishes for three new committee rooms. Wall framing and gypsum board finishes are also included in this package. Electrical demolition and rough-ins are also included. There will be some mechanical and fire sprinkler demolition and modifications associated with the new layouts for the Senate Building. A second bid package (including specifications) to follow on October 29th for the buildout for the temporary session with Covid spacing. A third bid is planned to finish the work in the East building after the legislative 2021 session. Bid Package #3 includes the final finishes for the Committee Rooms constructed at the end of 2020 in preparation of the 2021 Legislative Session. Included in this package will be the demo of the existing temporary finishes and installation of permanent finishes.
