Lester Brown Park Improvements

Lester Brown Park was recently improved with a new playground and new artificial turf football field. The scope of services included in this proposal is the remaining park improvement, which includes a new 3,000 sf community building with an office, multipurpose room, restrooms, locker rooms, and storage. Additionally, the scope includes site improvements, including but not limited to site work, new/renovated lit walking trail, renovation and expansion of parking lot, landscaping, video surveillance system, and perimeter fencing. Additional project components include earthwork, drainage, utilities, lighting, paving and hardscape, irrigation, and any other technical discipline required to complete the intended scope.
