Salyersville Water Intake Pump Replacement

This project consists of the providing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of one (1) 1,000 GPM raw water intake pump. This contract is funded in part by a State Revolving Funds (SRF) loan. Procurement is subject to DOW SRF Procurement Guidance including Davis Bacon Act. Bidders must also comply with Title IV of the Civil Rights Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act, 40-CFR 31.36L (3,4, & 6), President's Executive Order No. 11246 for equal opportunity employment and discrimination, 41 CFR 60-4, and make positive efforts to use small, minority, women owned, and disadvantaged businesses.
