As of February 13, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Cullinan Park Phase Two Improvements The City of Sugar Land seeks bids for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, and performing all work required for the following project in the City: Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM, Friday, July 1, 2022.
