Description | BUDGET: $200,000 scope- This project consists primarily of site improvements, and construction and rehabilitation of facilities at the Borough of Swissvale New Public Works Facilities, located on McCague Street in the Borough of Swissvale. Construction of a New Public Works Facility in the Borough of Swissvale. LOCATION OF THE WORK All work under this Contract will be performed at the New Public Works Facilities, located at the intersection of McCague Street and Irvine Street within the Borough of Swissvale, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The Borough is located in east-central Allegheny County along the north bank ofthe Monongahela River approximately ten miles east ofthe downtown area ofthe City ofPittsburgh. A. MAIN GARAGE (1) The demolition, removal and disposal of all items to be replaced (2) The complete rehabilitation ofthe existing structure, including new and renovated facilities both interior and exterior and specific areas on the outside existing structure. (3) The construction ofthe New Office and StaffAreas and all related facilities and appurtenances. (4) The replacement of existing Man Doors, interior and exterior Access Doors and related appurtenances. (5) The completion of all Architectural Improvements and Modifications. (6) The completion ofthe Structural Modifications including, but not limited to new and modified Garage Door Openings, Doors, Hardware and all related appurtenances. (7) The replacement of existing interior water lines and the furnishing and installation ofNew Valves, Fittings, Hose Bibs and re-connection to existing facilities. (8) The Relocation of the existing wall mounted Gas Unit Heater and the furnishing and installation of an additional New Gas Unit Heater, and all related appurtenances, compete in place and all fully operational. (9) Electrical Modifications to include additional Wiring, Wall Switches, Switch and Outlet Covers, Electrical Outlets and related components. (10) The furnishing and installation ofExterior Lighting. (11)The furnishing and installation of a New HVAC System, complete in place, within the New Office Staff Area. (12)The furnishing and installation of a New Gas Standby Generator, Complete in place, including all required Controls, Automatic Transfer Switch and all other related and required components. (13)The furnishing and installation of an Air Compressor System, with all required service lines and all other related appurtenances. (14)The furnishing and installation of a Security/Surveillance Camera System, complete in place. (15)The furnishing and installation ofEmergency Lighting. (16)The furnishing and installation ofExterior Wall Pack Lighting Units. (17)The furnishing and installation of a Flag Pole and related components. (18)The performance ofMiscellaneous Painting not specifically detailed elsewhere. (19)All other related and required work and appurtenances. 13% MBE, 2% WBE, and 5% VOSB PARTICIPATION. |
