SR 417 Widening from John Young Parkway to Landstar Boulevard

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to widened SR 417 from John Young Parkway to Landstar Boulevard from four (4) general use lanes to six (6) general use lanes. All mainline bridges within the project limits, Orange Blossom Trail, Balcombe Road, SR 91 (Florida's Turnpike), Orange Avenue, CSX Railroad, and Landstar Boulevard will also be widened to accommodate the appropriate shoulder widths and additional general use lane. Ramp bridge widening or replacement will also be required at the southbound off-ramp to Orange Blossom Trail and at the northbound off-ramp to Landstar Boulevard. The work also includes, but is not limited to, construction of sound barriers, overhead sign structures and intelligent transportation systems infrastructure. The D/M/WBE participation objective for this project is fifteen percent (15%).
