Description

Construct a Floridian aquifer production well within the St. Johns County Northwest Wellfield (see attached map Exhibit “C”). The Northwest Water Treatment Plant is located at 3390 International Golf Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092. Site preparation per the drawings including, but not limited to, hauling and placement of fill material, road stabilization, permanent cattle fence installation, grading and seeding as shown. The well shall have a 30” surface casing to a depth of approximately 80’ BLS, a 20” steel final production casing to a depth of approximately 240’ BLS, and 19” open borehole to a depth of approximately 400’ BLS.
