Unsolicited Proposal for the Development, Operation and Maintenance of a Soccer Complex and Other Facilities

Development of a state-of-the-art Soccer Complex on City-owned undeveloped property located west of Southwest 160 Avenue (Dykes Road) and south of Bass Creek Road on Folio Nos. 514032050100 (approximately 20.9 acres) and 514032050030 (approximately 14.4 acres), see Exhibit “A”. The Soccer Complex, proposed to be located on the 20.9-acre property, is planned to consist of one soccer stadium, two high performance soccer fields (FIFA regulation), and 16 multi-format soccer fields to allow for 5 v. 5 to 8 v. 8 play; all fields will include LED lighting. In addition, a 50,000 square foot main building is proposed, which will include training facilities, an indoor court to accommodate 500 spectators, weight room, gymnasium and locker rooms, sports medicine and rehabilitation center, classrooms, administrative offices and other ancillary uses. On the 14.4-acre property, the proposal seeks to develop a soccer-golf facility for competitions.
