| Description | clear two (2) undeveloped properties at two (2) separate locations within the Town of Davie. The contractor shall provide the labor, materials, equipment, insurance and incidentals required to complete the work herein. It is the intent of the Town to award Location #1 to one (1) contractor, and Location #2 to a second contractor. In the case that the same contactor is the lowest responsive responsible bidder for Location #1 and Location #2 in this bid, both locations will be awarded to the same contractor.
