Description

Off-site improvements along Honey Hill Drive west of the entrance of Haven Lakes Community. This Project includes (but is not limited to): vegetation clearing & grubbing, cutting and filling of existing swale to subgrade, Installation of drainage facilities, construction of stabilized subgrade and limerock base (2 lifts), Installation of proposed curbing, Paving of proposed drop area (2 lifts), Regrading of proposed and existing swale areas, Construction of sidewalks, handicap ramps and bus landing pad, sodding of proposed swale and all areas affected by the construction, Signage removal and replacement.
