Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Renovation of the existing underground Steam Distribution System. Including replacement of steam piping, excavation, trenching, vaults, expansion joints, steam traps, traffic controls, temporary utilities, installation of chilled water pump, sump pump, distributed boiler, misc valves and tanks and associated electrical equipment and controls. Includes new parking lot and landscaping. Demolition will include hazardous materials, old equipment, gaskets, piping, pipe hangers, insulation, black lid felt, landscaping, trees, and miscellaneous items.
