| Description | The purpose of this bid is to provide bituminous concrete for the County of Rockland. All Bituminous concrete furnished under this contract shall perform to the mix and plant requirements of the New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications of May 1, 2008, Section 403 - Hot Mix Asphalt (HNA) Pavements for Municipalities. 401-2.01 General.
