Description | The requirements of the contract include but are not limited to the following items: a. New metal roof and new Hardie Board fascia and soffit. Replacement of porch, entry columns with new structural steel columns and decorative wrap columns. Replacement of any damaged siding and trim (alternate would be full siding replacement). b. Exterior deck work as required for new public entry on west, replacement of reduced size deck on north, and replacement to match existing dimension on east. All structural elements wilt be primarily PT wood as called out on the structural details, with decking, railing, and posts to be Trex or equal. c. Site work - to include clearing and tree removal as indicated, grading, paving, etc. d. Mechanical work - replacement of condensers, supplemental HVAC, some ductwork modifications. e. Electrical work - install new entrance service, panel and wiring as needed for commercial use. Plumbing - consisting primarily of new ADA accessible restrooms. New domestic water. New sewer line in place of existing septic. New sprinkler system. g. Conversion of the northeast bathroom into a new office space, h. Low voltage and security as shown on the drawings. The requirements of the contract include but are not limited to the following; a. Complete removal of aluminum siding and replace- ment with "Hardie Board" siding and trim or equal. 1.02 City of Piperton reserves the right to reject any and all ` bids. 1.03 The City of Piperton does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex or disability. |
