Description

Work involves the replacement of existing curbing, sidewalk, and landscaping features along both sides of Beekman Avenue between Codandt Street and NYS Route 9, including replacement of the existing non-standard traffic signal at N. Washington St. for a (distance of approximately 1,300 linear feet Sidewalk will include new curb ramps and striped crosswalks at all street crossings meeting Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines (ADAAG) and Public Rights of Way AccessibiLIty Guidelines (PROWAG), The project is being progressed by the Village of Sleepy Hollow with oversight from the NYSDOT Local Projects Unit.
