Description

First site begins at the intersection of Martine Avenue and South Lexington Avenue and extends 0.24 miles east along Martine Avenue to its intersection with Court Street. The second site is located at the intersection of Bank Street and Main Street. The third site is located at the intersection of Bank Street and Hamilton Avenue. The fourth site is located at the intersection of Ferris Avenue and New Street. The fifth site is located on Main Street, approximately 300 feet east of N. Lexington Avenue. The final sites (Bank Street and Main Street, Hamilton Avenue and Ferris Avenue, Ferris Ave. and New St. intersections) are included as alternate bid locations (Alternate Bid 1). Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Installation of a curbed median with decorative stamped concrete, 1.5” mill and inlay of approximately 0.30 miles of highway, signing and striping including the installation of decorative crosswalks, minor drainage modifications, and the installation of ADA compliant curb ramps.
