Hamilton Well Rehabilitation

Phase One - Preconstruction Phase Services: Provide the services described in Appendix B (Scope of Construction Manager-General Contractor Services) in support of design development provided by the City’s Design Engineer. During this phase, the Design Engineer will review the existing conditions of the Hamilton Well and provide hydraulic recommendations and assist in development of the rehabilitation procedure during construction. The Well Contractor will prepare a project execution plan, cost models, and project schedules for well rehabilitation during the Preconstruction Phase of its work. The City will then negotiate and finalize the Well Contractor contract to incorporate the GMP for the Project. Phase Two - Construction Phase Services: Assuming a final GMP is agreed upon during Phase One, the City will negotiate a contract with the Well Contractor. Phase Two services will then begin and construction will continue until the Project is completed and fully functional.
